Returns Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

• You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (such as your order number or confirmation email).

Please note, we do not offer returns on custom-made or personalised items, unless they are faulty.

How to Return an Item

2. We’ll confirm the return address and any next steps.

3. Pack the item securely and return it to us within 14 days of contacting us.

Returns are at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we’ve received your return and inspected the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 working days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Please note:

• Original delivery charges are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty or incorrect).

• We are not responsible for return parcels lost in transit, so we recommend using a tracked service.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return postage where necessary.
